No jinx

So fed up with dating apps, they’re just trying to score.

Few more weeks, I’ll be leaving this country.

But let me just try once more.

Then he asked “Will you marry me?”

He’s silly like that, I agree. (Not with the marrying part.)

Ok cupid! Show me what you got!

Talked and laughed and teased.

There’s something indeed.

He’s really flirting with me.

Visited me in the middle of the night.

Now he’s with the love of his life. (Oh wait! That’s me!)

He’s so big. And I’m so small.

We’re perfect like a goofball.

Tattooed cupid on our wrists.

For them, our love exists.

Dined over nachos and margarita.

Tom Yum and Pad Thai for his senorita.

To the Strat we go,

Magic shows we can’t say no.

Have I mention, he tricks me all the time.

He asked me again,

This time with a ring on his hand.

It echoes in my ear,

Come on! Let’s start rigging.

Oh wait! We we’re in Echo & Rig in Summerlin.

Over steak and shrimp cocktail, our favorite food.

Netflix keeps us up with boba on hand.

Breakfast in bed, oh my! That’s grand.

We meet sometimes just to smoke,

We’re each others habit that’s hard to break.

We’re laughing at how fast it all happened,

Let’s wrap this up,

Because I’m already yapping.

I’ll just keep this to myself.

Because I dont wanna jinx it.
